Skip to main contentKomos groups users inside organizations so multiple teams can collaborate on automations.
Membership model
- Each user belongs to at least one organization and can join multiple organizations.
- Switching between organizations changes the available tasks, credentials, and execution history.
Roles
- Member: build and run automations, view execution history, use saved credentials.
- Admin: all member abilities plus manage users, credentials, and schedules.
- Owner: full control, including billing and organization deletion.
API & webhooks
Only organization admins and owners can configure API keys or webhook endpoints. This ensures that
secrets and outbound integrations stay under controlled governance.
- Generate API keys from Settings → API & Webhooks and rotate them when needed.
- Create webhook endpoints to receive run lifecycle events; use signing secrets to verify payloads.
Invitations and access
- Invite teammates with their email address; they receive a secure login link to join your
organization.
- Suspend or remove users from the organization when access is no longer required.
- Review audit logs to trace who changed credentials, webhooks, or automation assets.
