Komos groups users inside organizations so multiple teams can collaborate on automations.

Membership model

  • Each user belongs to at least one organization and can join multiple organizations.
  • Switching between organizations changes the available tasks, credentials, and execution history.

Roles

  • Member: build and run automations, view execution history, use saved credentials.
  • Admin: all member abilities plus manage users, credentials, and schedules.
  • Owner: full control, including billing and organization deletion.

API & webhooks

Only organization admins and owners can configure API keys or webhook endpoints. This ensures that secrets and outbound integrations stay under controlled governance.
  • Generate API keys from Settings → API & Webhooks and rotate them when needed.
  • Create webhook endpoints to receive run lifecycle events; use signing secrets to verify payloads.

Invitations and access

  • Invite teammates with their email address; they receive a secure login link to join your organization.
  • Suspend or remove users from the organization when access is no longer required.
  • Review audit logs to trace who changed credentials, webhooks, or automation assets.
